I got this anti-sway bar... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda...QQcmdZViewItem

It's Addco, which is not that well known, but hey it's just a bar, and they sell it at JEGS performance shops. That one is 22mm, and I noticed the diff upgrading from stock 17mm to the 22mm rear sway bar.

To answer some of your questions... you do not need a front sway bar really. Do you already have a coilover setup? I'd say just get a Comptech 22mm sway bar or the Addco one, a coilover setup, and a strut bar, and call it a day.

Nope... I found the Addco one and just went with that cause I was nervous about the Progress one fitting.

stiffer sway bars aren't always better. it depends on the other stuff like coilovers and strut bars.

yeah front stock is 23. Do sway bar endlinks make noise? I got new endlinks, and I think they're making the rattle I hear from the rear.

I think mine are loose or something... either that or it's the bushings on the camber kit, cause the camber kit has probably 60,000 miles on it. lol

also, the one and only strut tower bar neuspeed makes for our cars is not a "4 branch" bar. theres only one kind and its 1 bar that attaches to 2 bolts on each side.

Ummmm no, no it doesn't. Unless the "sticky" would be to show your elite level of noobery when it comes to searching and getting information from other already established threads.
