Coilover still making a weird noise

So A few weeks ago I was having a really weird front suspension noise

turns out it was the Dust boot on my Apexi World Sport Coilover that had gotten destroyed

I removed it, and the noise went away for a while, but then the noise sort of came back. Someone said it was just the coil making noise and that spraying some Wd-40 would fix it. I sprayed some on it, but now its still making the noise

Worse though, its making a hollow-ish sound now ( wd-40 related ? )

I was wondering

a) anywhere to buy a replacement dust boot
b) Should I slather some bearing grease on it in hte meantime
c) Any solutions for getting rid of the noise ?
