The bump is from welding. Mo has one of the first headers ever made and I guess that is the way they used to come.

Just for fun... Actually the heads are going to be ported and polished, intake manifold is going to be gasket matched and polished. The block is going to be painted a blue to go with a blue, black, and polished color scheme.

What i find interesting is the (fire wall side) header manifold, that is not a C/T one but a cheap imitation. One of the former shops I went to pulled a switch, and I have a good idea who it was.

Soon I'll be testing a new AV6 header prototype, so I'll let this one slide for now.

Thanks Garrett for stopping by Chalie' Modified Toys shop and taking the pictures of the transformation progress, and also for showing the special customizing you are doing on the project car.

I am thinking of keeping it that way, with some additional body work, tweaking out the rear lights and hood, a few more coats of primer, and maybe some special airbrushing.

This AV6 is being set up with the latest V6P AV6 mods to include new headers, transmission w/ LSD, custom tranny cooler and filter with steel braided lines, miniature intercooler, and a NEW turbo system!!!

Soon I will be sharing more info on the awesome team of reputable tuner shops and manufacturers that have all agreed to partner up with our V6P Morotorsports Team, to create a complete performance package for the AV6, starting with the 6th Gen.

Our mission is to have all our new products R&D, Dyno tested and ready for the SEMA International Show this Nov/05. Once the official word is out about our special AV6 products, we will then make them available, while also expanding our product line for the 7th Gen, 350Z and G35s.

There is going to be a lot of activities going from now to show time, so stayed tuned.

Maurice

wow, nice Mo! i can't believe you're putting your own car under the knife for so much work. it's gonna be sweet.

but if you have your internals built then what about people considering the turbo that don't have their internals built? will it still be advisable to work on an engine with stock internals?

What is this turbo that people are speaking of? Is this a turbo kit that some manufactuerer might produce or just a custom built one?

It will be a turbo kit made for the Accord, Maurice's car will be the test car since he is getting the rebuilt tranny.

Update . . .

. . . it will be a V6P Turbo System for the 6th Gen Accord/Acura V6s, and then later our manufacturer will be making a turbo unit for the 7th Gen AV6s. This turbo system will be setup with a Unichip ecu enhancer.

As soon as Garrett and [email protected] Toys are completed upgrading the engine, engine compartment and interior, the car will be driven up to D2Motorsports (D2M) to test out the new V6P headers by Georgio Designs and re-program my exisiting Unichip. . . Then I'll be travelling down to SoCal to have our newest member of our V6P manufacturers "dream team", who will be building the custom turbo and adding some other new performance goodies. . . While the turbo system is being constructed, the "V6P Transmission by D2M" protoype should be ready for testing.

The reason I finally started on my AV6 project car is because we finally have all the performance products to create the ultimate AV6 sports car!

Our V6P team is prep'n my project AV6 to display the '4' new high performance products at the SEMA International Show this Nov/05.

I'll be announcing V6P's manufacturer dream team, once we have some of new manufacturer forums setup, and the V6P eStore & home page updated.

That's it for now,

~Maurice
