And just in case you're thinking this, yes I'm adding projectors this is not just painting the inside black. That's the point of a retro

I'm just as confused. Normally, people start with the projectors sitting in the modded reflector bowl then leave painting the housing for last. IJS.

it's my first time, I'm planning on using FXR 3.0's and I may repaint afterwards. I'm also redoing the chrome as well

Alright so I finally had the time to start and finish my retro and here's the finished product. This is my first time making a retro and I added my own taste to it. I used FXR 3.0's

I sort of agree in a way I'm just thinking if you had red on other parts of the car it might look better like red emblems, or red rims or a red lip on the rims or something to compliment the red other than the sticker

Totally visible bro haha. I painted just the bottom red and the side and upper part is chrome along with the bowl behind the turn signal SON!!! Totally visually acceptable and also gives a nice look at night

A lot of hate in here.... Don't know why?

Props OP for doing this yourself! How do you like the FXRs?

Totally read that wrong haha oops but yeah red interior is what about going for but yeah, doesn't really bother me modding is about what you want and like for your own car. It's what makes them unique and not identical. The whole reason why I made the retro myself rather than someone else. I love the FXR 3.0's def a lot of lighting with a nice blue cut off
