AC Flickers When turning on Headlights

I think it might be my HIDs but when I turn my headlights on when running my AC is kinda flickers and then comes back on. Anybody have a fix?

On my original HID kit, one side would just go out at random times, not just when AC came on. It turned out it was a bad ballast. Once I exchanged that I didn't have anymore problems. Also, once I sold that, and got the morimoto kit with my retros, I haven't had a single issue.
