Clear corners.

Anyone know where I can buy clear reflectors for my headlights?

You referring to the Inspire clear headlight:
Boom Plus Toys > Performance > JDM > Honda/Acura > Accord > Inspire > CL1 > UC1

Or there is actually a cleat piece to buy to replace the USDM amber part?

No I ment a clear reflector for the oem headlights

Some aftermarket headlights come with clear reflectors. I don't think you can buy them separately though.

I thought if u open the oem headlights the orange strip can be removed leaving it clear

Ahhh ok. Well I've seen countless people with cleared out oem headlights. Looks good. eBay has the "chrome" depo headlights which is what ur looking for as well OP
