TL TL-S seats in AV6?

Any ideas on if the mounting frame on the TL or tl-s seats would fit the bolts on our seat frames?
These might be pretty sick for a 500$ mod if anyone can confirm compatibility.

Take a look at the mounting points, if you can find them. Our cars mount at the four corners underneath the seat. The seat belt also mounts into side of the seat. If it doesn't fit, I dont think it would be a hard mod. As for electrical, no idea. The air bag, heated seat, and another harness is down there.

Need to look up part numbers for mounting points then. Unless I can find a junked set of seats to look at the brackets.

Even if part numbers didn't match doesnt mean they would not fit. Op just buy them if you really want them, seat swaps are not hard at all and there are multiple ways to go about them. Keep in mind though your air bag system might be affected.

Lnk to resources for seat swap? Can't exactly weld up brackets or I would be all over this. Rear airbags I am not so concerned about as those may not exist soon.

How did we arrive at this $500 figure?

That was the price I found for some lightly used ones, new ones should be almost 1000 for the full assembly.

I doubt the rears would fit at all, the front are very possible, hopefully the air bag would still work on the sides. People have done the TL seats before I think

Also you could power up the blower in the seats to get "cooled" seats

I don't think the cooling thing will work because you need to run a pipe from the ac. And we didn't have that option. Will be a pain.

I had a 1999 civic a while back and I installed 2007 civic si seats. Just had to grind one of the bolt brackets and weld it about 3 inches forward. Easy to do. I imagine this will be the same
