04 accord b-pillar help

I dont know if anyone else has this problem but the small window pillar is getting rusted. Anyone know if you can replace this? If so what is the part I need? I cant seem to find it anywhere? Also is it hard to replace?

I also believe there is a thread on elitecm where someone wrapped those pieces with some sort of felt. Not sure if they included a how to or not but it's another option to maybe look into.

they call it a division bar in real life. not sure what it's called in the books. you can take it out pretty easily without taking the windows out. there is a phillips head screw under the weatherstripping on top of the door and two 10mm under the trim panel. just wind the window all the way down and unbolt it and pull it out with the weatherstrip still on it. Just sand it down and repaint it with some satin black paint
