EBay Fog Light Help

Hello,

I purchased and installed my new headlights and fog lights this past weekend with HIDs.

It took a lot longer than expected, but I got it all connected.

I was able to get the headlights working with no problem but am unsure how or where to power the fog lights. I am almost 95% positive that I have everything connected correctly but there is 2 cables left and I have no idea where they go.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I searched the forum and found numerous questions regarding installing fogs but non of them helped please help if you can.

one goes to the battery. One needs to be spliced to a trigger that will turn on the fogs ( I.E use the wire that lights up the moon roof when you flip the parking lights on or anything else that lights up while the parking lights are on.)

I can't find me wiring diagram

This should help eBay Fog Light Harness - Drive Accord Honda Forums

I extended the red wire and connected it to the battery. I think you might be able to get away with not using the brown connecter? Hope it helps

I still am not getting light to the fogs. I tested by connecting to the battery and the switch is getting power but I am still not getting anything to the fogs. Is there a fuse or something that needs to be in place?

does the one you used to go to the battery have a fuse in it? If it doesnt I wouldnt wire it directly to the battery. Good way to get a car fire. The wires that you have for HID's are the plugged in correctly? I know with the HID set I have you can plug them in wrong and they wont work.

the problem is the Whiteline goes to the power battery and I think the red one goes to the trigger (aka parking lights) .

For my fogs, I tapped into the wiper motor wire for my trigger. This way, as soon as the car shuts off, my fogs shut off (even if I leave the switch on). I would think the red wire goes to the battery, and the white wire goes to the trigger, but maybe it's the opposite. Try switching them and give it a shot!

We got 1 light to come on and then we when we hooked up the 2nd it begins to flicker and goes off. If we swap the lights and ballast it also stays on fine.
