Chrome Tips 04 Sedan Installation

I ordered some chrome tips off HandAaccessories and they're coming in tomorrow and i had a few questions..

do they come w/ the flange bolts needed for installation?

and how much is an inexpensive torque wrench and where should i get it?

Thanks for any help.

A torque wrench can range from 7 dollars, to 200 dollars. It depends on

A) what your price range is
B) what do you plan on using it for

just for really basic stuff i.e. tightening the bolts to 7 lbs per foot (i think that's what the faq said?)

I'll rarely be using it.

just use a regular socket and wrench is fine....torquing it down is too excessive....unless u're afraid of someone trying to steal it

yeah, just use a regular socket wrench. It's just a chrome tip that serves no purpose other than looking cool. Just remember not to overtighten, as 7lbs of torque is VERY little.
