Aftermarket aluminum trim from eBay

Anyone ever buy the aftermarket aluminum trim kits from eBay or any other online vendor? Any opinions? Is it worth it? Does it look cheap?

For example:

Yeah, it's kinda tempting. Normally, you can find three or four different kits on eBay when searching for "03 Accord aluminum trim", but this link was all I could find today...

the trim is not real brush aluminum like in our cars , Its like expoy (plastic ) if you like that then its perfect. They try to match the look, but you still can tell its different. I bought one, it looks ok, but I'm going to still buy the factory trim kit to go along with the aftermarket one that covers the headunit.

Hate to tell you this but even the "aluminum" trim kit made by Honda is not real metal. 100% plastic. The Honda stuff is way nicer than the kits on eBay too.

Most kits on Ebay are basically thick stickers with a coating over the color.

i don't really recommend it. after a while or hot season. the adhesive peel off and you end up having to push it so it'll stick.
and sometime it doesn't cover over the interior completely and the interior show. the kit aren't big enough to fit 100%.

go with honda's oem kit
