7th gen aluminum lock knobs

Hey guys, V6P finally has the 7th gen lock knobs available. To those who already know about this im sorry for the repeat. But I have gotten several people telling me they did not know these where out even though its right on the front page. Here is the thread to check it out, or you can just order your set on the home page.

It's my understanding that they stick up when locked, like the factory ones. They need to..... in order to be able to unlock the door if you lose power, since pulling on the inside door handle doesn't unlock it, like it does on cars with "flushed" knobs.

The black lock knobs are available. However if people who want the black lock knobs should get as many people together before putting in your order. As it is right now to anodize a batch of lock knobs cost the same amout if we did 1 set or we do 20 sets its just that the price of anodizing will be split between 20 people instead of just 1.

-Garrett

Hey sandwiches do you have a picture of your lock knob in? I havent seen a set installed yet. Thanks

If you can get enough people that want them flush... We just asked people what they wanted and they wanted them to sit stock so thats what we did. We do runs of 100 pieces min. So if you can get about 50 people who want them to sit flush we will do it, let me know.

i'm down for a set for my coupe. *metallic* flushed in the lock position.

trust me people it look much better flushed. functionality wise, it still work. if your car battery is dead in while the car is lock with you inside? you can still use the key. and if the car battery is dead and so is your key? and the window is up. than god must hate you. =D

please let me know when it'll be ready and how much.
[email protected]
thank you

*PS changed my mind to metallic

If you're stuck inside with a dead battery and the windows up, you're f*cked. But the chances of your battery being absolutey DEAD isn't likely while you're still inside.

you could put down the split seats into the trunk and get out via the emergency trunk release

Talk to Maurice about that but a minimum of 100 pieces would need to be run. If you have 925 bucks plus shipping and Maurice says ok then you can have these lock knobs. As of right now making these flush lock knobs isnt going to be happening as we are working on new products.

When we run poles make sure to participate. We asked people what they wanted and "slightly lower then stock" was what everyone wanted.

As for cc knobs we dont have a car to look at but your cc knobs are very different and an easy swap cannot easily be made.

Hahah ok cool didn't realize it was that much. Also... what are these "new products"? Any details you can share? Are climate and volume control knobs in the works?

The new products I have mentioned in a couple of other threads. We are working on a V6P aluminum battery tie down, radiator holders, strut bar, metal floor mats, oil cap and several other products that we are still working on the design. As for the cc knobs see above post, and the volume knobs we will start a poll later on to see how many people want these and will consider making them if there is a large enough demand. As of right now no.

If you guys start a thread and find out what things people want for the 7th gen Accord or if you can show me a thread already up. Ill take a look at the list and talk to Maurice and figure out what we can come up with.
