I used the enamel spray. Clearcoat spray you can find at any hardware store.. I used Krylon but people like Duplicolor also. The mudguards are finished, I made a thread..

Many light coats are better, thick/wet coats will run and you'll have drips in the paint.

Primer
1. Dust the object with a grey primer (like Krylon).
2. ~ 3 light coats until the object is grey
3. Dry sand with 200 until smooth

Paint
1. Dust the primed object with your silver paint
2. As many light coats as required to make the object silver-- shine will be deeper as coats increase
3. After painting, wet sand with a fine fine grit of sandpaper, 1000-->1500

Clearcoat
1. A few light coats of clearcoat (I used Krylon)

Finish
1. Rubbing Compound
2. Polishing Compound
3. Wax

Good luck, and start with something small for practice. Dont think about it too much, it's very straightforward.
