I wanted it to look like stock. It's aluminum T6, painted aluminum. Onlinemetals.com ...an easy DIY job for $20 max.

what do you mean by this?
will this place take an order to make door sills? i look at the site. there's alot of dimension and type of materials to use. and alot of technical stuff. i'm clueless

have you order from them before?

You'll have to cut it yourself to 2" x 30". I used a bolt cutter. I've ordered many things from them. You'll want to sand the edges too.

i can cut a thin peice of clear acrylic. have it engrave "Accord" on it and drill two LED's on the side. it'll lit up the word accord =D
