Open your hood and look down at the headlight area. In the plastic cover that spans the entire front of the engine bay you'll find the words UP and DOWN with little arrows. Put a screwdriver in there and turn.

Alternatively you can RTFM

yeah...u just look like as if you were gonna change the blub to ur lower lights and theres a place for a phillips or a flathead screwdriver. turning it will make your lights project higher or lower.

FYI....NITFM....not in manual

As an FYI, it's not in the manual on my 03. It just simply states to take it to a dealer.

Guys, I hate to ask but I can't seem to do it.

I found where it says Up and Down, and next to that is like a hole the size of a penny, am I just supposed to stick a screwdriver in there or is there a screw that's visible that I have to turn?

THe reason I ask is because I got my car back from the shop, and they had to replace that cover part so I'm thinking maybe it's missing, any pictures would be great too, thanks.
