Cost to paint a body kit

I recently decided that my accord needs a body kit, but i dont want the oem one because a lot of people in my area have them. How much would it cost to have a body kit painted? I heard it is much cheaper if u buy the paint and have them use that becuase they would jack up the price if they bought it themselves. Im looking for just a rough estimate.

all depends on the shop you go too...the more you pay, the better it will come out...prob like 8 bills for a very clean nice quality professional job. you still gotta have them...fit the kit (no body kit fits perfectly), prep it, etc...so ya alot of labor goes into the price also.

yeah that sounds about right....between 1500-2000 for a kit. ive been through my share of body kits on other cars... stay away from fiberglass esp if the car is an everyday driver.

im waiting for my tax refund and im getting the oem kit...its painted already, it fits, and it wont crack over a simple speed bump...

yea.. to paint my body kit and spoiler cost me about $900.... and it was a hell-of-a good job...

as far as fiberglass or urethane, i'm on my third bodykit right now and they have all been fiberglass... it's all about how you drive, my first bodykit had cracks all over the place cuz i was still getting used to driving a lowered car w/ bodykit... the next 2 i had no problems... go with urethane if its something u know u'll keep for a long time cuz it's expensive so u might as well make it worth it... for me i always went fiberglass cuz i'm a good driver and i change styles almost all the time...

I got my kit painted for $500.00, and I put it on myself before and after it was painted. The kit I bought fit perfect too, I did'nt have to cut or mold anything.

i think razzi comes with prepainted kits.

you may want to ask some of the suppliers if they will paint it for you.

my 2 cents.
