re-tinted my tail lights (PICTURES)

hey guys, i just re-did my tail lights and tried out somethin new, my old ones started to look like crap. hope u like.

there is one problem tho, i sorta made it a lil too dark... lol. i was thinkin of replacing all three of the bulbs on each tail light with brighter ones. do u guys know what kind of bulbs i need to get to make them brighter? or how bright the stock ones are? thanks

brighter lamps will read through that tint as single points. It won't actually light up the compartment correctly.
Not to knock your work, cuz it looks great, but I thought part of the aim of the tinting was to get rid of the pink?
Now you just have black and pink in stead of red and pink.

i used clear coat tho, maybe not enough? i put about 2 coats on it.

my lights before were just as dark and i never got a ticket for it, i did it over a year ago.

i left the pink cause i wanted to try somethin new, and it turned out pretty cool so im gonna keep it.

well i wouldnt know the percent darkness cause i used a spray. i put on like 5-6 coats of it, i think it was a little too much, i'd suggest doin 2-3. are u gonna use a spray or tint film?

if u use the spray, go to a hobby shop and get the testors window tint spray and a can of gloss clear coat.
