Removing the rubber protective trim junk...

So I want to take off my protective trim around the wheel well and the side of the doors. is there much to this? any advice? will I need some cleaner/stick remover or anything? should I worry about paint? anyone else taken off these strips? I want to take off the medflaps too. any info would be appreciated. These are the 3 things I want to remove.

With respect to the splash gaurds, they are easily removed just replace the screws/bolts. The only problem could be some minor paint blemishes where the edge of the gaurd contacts the paint. These may be correctable with Scratch-X or they may require professional attention.

Steve,

The previous post is right, scratch-ex will remove any scratches. As for adhesive that is left over, us WD-40. It will remove any adhesive left over, and will NOT harm the paint.

You can just peel it off with you fingers. A hair dryer might be useful also.
