DYI:Yellow Foglight

Well since i took my bumper to get it repainted i deiced to paint my foghtlights.

This is some good shti

took them apart and clean them with simple green

Here it is before i painted them

I hit it up with 3 coat of the paint

Then 4 coats of clear

Now im done

I kinda like them and i kinda donít. Iím going to see how it looks when I get everything put on. If I donít like it then ill just take some thinner and rub it off.

interesting approach but i would think that dramatically reduces light output - wouldn't it have been more efficient to buy a yellow coated bulb?

You can also add this yellow capsules to give it that Lexus look. I dont know how they would be installed but it looks like they just go over the bulb sort of like a "condom".
