those with window visors

how easy or hard was it to install? was it jus taping it to the window it? or did you have to remove anything because i did look at the instructions, but it mentions some glass thing, so i'm curious.

Just get the ones from weathertech and you won't have any worries. They fit in the window channel and look MUCH better than the OEM ones. I've got a set (front and rear) on my '03 sedan and I must say it is the best accessory I have ever installed on all 3 of my cars.

Take it from me you don't want to get the one's that tape on just spend a litle extra and get the OEM visors they look cleaner and sleeker than the others and everybody knows how the moldings on our cars aren't worth s*** and you'll probably have to get them replaced sooner or later and you don't want the hassle with Honda over it so just get the OEM

I have the OEM, I put them on myself in about 1/2 hour. They have clips and tape. Fold the end of each piece of tape down, align the clips in the channel, and then slowly peel and press the tape, press weather channel back in place. Done.
When wiping the molding down with alcohol, DO NOT get it on the B pillar, it stains!

Sidenote- because I put the OEM on myself, when the side molding started to wrinkle the dealership denied warrenty replacement.

Your best bet is to remove the black plastic wrapping that covers the bare metal below on the outside door frame. This will give you the best adhesion for the tape portion.
As for the weatherstripping, you need to pull the rubber portion that your windowtop slides into. This is what keeps the water tight seal. It just pulls out of the door frame channel. Just pull out the portion you need to. There is no need to remove the whole strip of rubber. It should just slide right back into place.
