Wow you guys are really out there... There are plenty of options, you can do defi's and stick them to the windshield, you can put the around your gauge cluster...

And the member who made the comment about the tach, YOU NEED TO GROW UP!!!

whatever bro, IMO they are tasteless and ricey looking. makes me laugh everytime i see a nice car with them, but if your gonna get em, might as well put a dozen stickers on your window, some ugly tyc tailights, and a gaudy looking body kit to match...sound familiar?

everyone has an opinion and i have my own. I have to agree with 04accordcpe, they are tasteless and ricey looking. Besides, does the information that the gauges give you really make a difference as to your decision making? I'd think not.

But then again, if you're into that kinda stuff, and you think it looks good, then you really wouldn't be asking for an opinion on this board.

We're just giving you advice, the decision you make is yours.

i dont like them either, but if you're into them, then go ahead. its your car.

BUT....like OwAce said, theres a side curtain airbag (assuming you have an EX-V6). you dont want anything that would mess with the airbag...gauges on the pillar may 1) rip or other wise damage the airbag as it deploys, or 2) fly off towards your face when the air bag deploys.

rice rice rice...unless your running boost tho. @ this point, there is no point of getting all those tacky dials, there is no supercharger nor turbo out! it's just overkill

they may be ricy, but they do catch your attention and you do see them when youre driving, my friends Turbo GS-R had them, you could always see what you needed to...

same with me. The ones that look good (apexi el series) aren't cheap either, it would be a fairly expensive show mod.

as for the tach, honestly i would get one if i were to chip my car, as well as do some engine mods and raise the redline......cuz heck i know motors out there that will surpass their oem tach gauge.

as for others, boosting, i'd definately want an oil reading.....as well as a fuel pressure reading....but honestly it's to each and their own.

I think tachs and shift lights are eye catching, but it's almost an invite to "Hey! Check out my car!" Thiefs look for flashy stuff that catch their eye and if they see a car like that, they're gonna think it's a loaded car (performance) worth some money. I've seen it before. Happened to my friends. But tachs and shiftlights are pointless unless you have the power to push the rpm's that high at a very quick rate (fast enough that you could hit the rev limiter or mis-shift in every gear) or if your going to be doing alot of track runs.

I could find a number of things better (at the moment) that are worth spending my money on rather than a monster tach unless you have something under the hood to back it up with, IMO.

i think it looks cool too, but almost pointless unless you have turbo. otherwise they are just for show, even with a boost gauge.

but i haven't seen one for our cars, nor have i seen anyone with one.

what do you want it for anyway? or just wanting to see if anyone else had it?
