Lightbulb Bulldog Starter

Hello, I'm thinking of adding a remote starter and still using the stock alarm system. I found one at www.bulldogsecurity.com and it's only $39! has anyone used this product on our car? Will it cancel away our anti-theft / immobilizer system?

Dont use BULLDOG! Its $39 for a reason. My wife bought me a Bulldog system for my car that had remote start & keyless entry. The system worked fine for about a year after I installed it then the system took on a mind of its own. First the key fob quit working. Then at random intervals the car would start on its own when it wasnt supposed to, would lock and unlock the doors when ever it wanted to. It was a pain in the butt. I had the system set to automatically start the car at 40 degrees and run for the alotted 15 minutes. It would have been a 65 degree day out side and the car would start. Not to mention, in my drive way I used to leave the keys in the ignition. The friggon car would lock me out with no way in, til the car felt ready to unlock itself. What ever you do dont get Bulldog!
