Race cats/header setup interest

Hey guys,

I've been pondering this idea for myself for quite a while now gonig back between the pro-cats or no cats at all.

I'm a TL guy so I'm sure some of you guys read up on the inquiry to Corsa for their race header setup with not too much love in their response.

Anyway, who's interested? It will all be produced in the states by an exhaust manufacturer who has had a very successful track record mainly specializing in subbies and BMW's, Stromung Engineering. Picture for reference to their work.

This will delete the two primary cats and replace it with a race pipe (no cats). A 2.25" diameter that works with the OE J-Pipe, but would work perfectly with Ritchies or the ATLP J-pipe as they will both allow a smooth transition retaining a consistent diameter throughout the flange connection segments.

We will also offer a 3rd hi flow metallic cat and delete for those who want to delete all and any cats, or you can use Ritchies 3rd cat delete.

I've already discussed this with Brad, admin, who gave me the go ahead with the project on this board.

I'll be having a list on the TL forum and an interest list on this forum as well to keep things organized.

Cost, will update this post once I find out a better idea of what people want.

So far we have:
-2.25" diameter
-Primary 2 Cat delete
-OE flanges
-Stainless Steel
-Works with OE J-Pipe or Aftermarket
If there is anything you'd like to see on this part, this is your time to shine!

Please update the list of interest accordingly.

Friendly competition is always good! =)

This will give everyone a choice of different options, each offering different benefits/features over the other!

I'm interested to see the turn out on both productions....the only thing that worries me is finding someone local capable enough (a.k.a trustworthy by my book)to complete the install.

Its not as easy as you think. As stated by Kiet in another thread, moving the radiator, taking out the passenger side axle, just to name a few. I'm sure your run of the mill DIY'er won't be able to tackle this.
