Loud Hissing after J-pipe Install

Due to this thread on AZINE Loud hissing sound

Has anyone else gotten a loud hissing sound coming from their J-pipe after install. They have been narrowing if down to the flex pipe, but no definite conclusions about that being the problem.

I haven't been hearing anything from mine, there have been just a couple of guys that have heard it.

Have had the j-pipe for about 10 months or so (whenever the first batch came out) and have NEVER heard a hissing sound from the j-pipe. I wonder if there's a leak either where it connects to the pre-cats or where it connects to the third cat. Just a thought...

Sounds like an exhaust leak. Check your connections and gaskets.

I have hissing as well, but i also have the precat deletes. ALL gaskets were new when i installed them and i torqued them to spec. It has to be a leak somewhere, but if not from the gaskets then maybe from the flex pipe/s.
