What is the difference in power between that and at the wheels? Because that is at the fly wheel.

I second that, nice numbers - and what mods do you have?

Church is a great place for tuning, they did a lot of work on the K-series and worked closely with Hondata on their ECU programming.

i paid $160 for the tune. it varies on what engine management you have. the apexi neo is simple to tune so its cheaper than like if i had greddy emanage.

Wow, only difference between you and me is your pulley and a tune. Nice numbers...did you do a baseline before you tuned to see how much power you picked up with just the tune?

And that's a sweet price for a neo..wow, if I could find one for $100 I'd buy it...just don't know if we have any reputable Honda tuners in my area.

i didn't dyno it first before installing the afc. i had someone else install the afc. it was also already tuned for a v6 auto. when they put it on the dyno it was already showing some good read. the tuner just fine tuned it more from there to give me a bit more.

and yeah 100 bux so i couldn't pass it up. otherwise i would of just went with a greddy emanage blue.

i would imagine the greddy emanage is a better choice. that is what i would of bought if i didn't get a killer deal on the afc.

it would depend on the weight of the wheels.

its actually more. without the afc i would be alot less i think. like i said above, the afc was already tuned for a v6 auto cause the person i bought it from had the v6 auto. so that starting 245hp was due to the fact that the unit was already tuned a bit.

hmm... I also have basic bolt-ons like you do (Intake, J pipe + test pipe, exhaust, pulley, ground kit) and I tuned with Neo as well at Churchs and the best number I came out with it was at around 200 lb tq and 243 hp... So is this different b/c of the tranny? (5AT Vs. 6MT) or ...?

I understand that the numbers can be little different depending on the climate, weather, and the tuner, but the numbers are pretty large in difference

ok, i'm going to put myself on the line and ask a question that i may get flamed on, but asking is the only way i'll learn
i only have V2 cai, jpipe, test pipe, and magnaflow mufflers, would it be worth it for me to get tuned? or can my car even get tuned with those mods, especially since i have an automatic?
and what exactly is "getting tuned" obviously it gives you more power, but how is that achieved?

getting tuned is the best investmenet you can make as far as performance goes.

it's kind of like bringing out the beast in it
