Question P0430 & p0420 help

Okay guyz...... I get both of these codes from my pre-cat deletes.Does anyone know how to rewire the bottom O2 sensors to get rid of this code? (I gotta get an inspection so I REALLY need to know). Also do anyone know the resistance values of these O2 sensors so I could possible wire in a resistor on both bottom sensors?
My wife tells me to give up,but I can't and I won't.
Once again thanks for all the help Guyz.....YOU ALL ROCK!!

Where did you get the pre cat deletes and no reason to rewire it just go to your local car parts store and pick up some spark plug anti-foulers. You can ask Richie how he did his or you can just look online because I know theres DIY's for other cars O2 Sims out there

I probably wont install until Fri night or SAt morning..(Working on a car under time constraints is no fun for me...plus I like to DRINK!!!)I will let you know Sat night how this setup works. If I can make no CEL from my house to the 1/8 mile track, have fun at the track, come back home and still no problem then I WILL BE UBER HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!I will let ya know!

I made my own pre-cat deletes...used a plasma cutter to get my old flanges and then I used some either 2.5" or 2.25" piping)i dont remember) to make my pre-cat deletes...I also have hollowed out stock pre-cats also...I did my own testing and driving liking a crazyman and the piped pre-cat deletes work better than the hollowed out factory pre cats...or at least were faster in my setup comparisions....
