This would be another good "sticky" candidate! If Sirchadwick would agree, maybe he could keep the original post updated. Within the next month or so, I'll have my stock '07 6spd at the track, and will report what I got out of it.

A "dyno" sticky would be good as well.

I wanted to check my time with others... I went to the track, first time on ****ty ****ty tires. I was able to get 15.15 on average, which I thought was good. But I remember people posting about how you can go high 14's stock. I mean I still need to work on my launch and get new tires but 14 stock possible?

EDIT:

here was my best for the day...

R/T .1670
60 ft 2.4968
1/4 15.18 @ 95.31 mph

All I have is a drop in k&n filter, which I personally want to switch out the filter.

I drive 04 AV6 MT coupe.

edit: checked your profile... i/p/e on auto does wonders lol. With a j-pipe, you should be hitting 14.5...do you have any weight reduction or anything?

this is from may races in sac. temp. was around 90 with a slight breeze, not sure wut humidity was or elev. first 2 runs are right after driving from the bay to sac (bout 2 hours) so car didn't have much time to cool down. All runs were launched at 2k and in auto with vsa off.

1st run
r/t: .280
60':2.42
e/t: 15.045 @ 97.45

2nd run
r/t: .261
60': 2.46
e/t: 15.068 @ 97.43

3rd run eliminations
dial in: 15.02
r/t: .221
60': 2.43
e/t: 14.99 @ 93.36

so i know some of you are scratching your heads for the last run with 93mph. hahah so i was the one running in the race and when i looked in my rear view i could see the dude behind me so i let off the gas so i wouldn't break out but ended up breaking out anyways. I didn't think i was going that much faster so i should've tapped the brakes instead. The car also had more time to cool down between 2nd and 3rd run so i think cuz of that she went faster. Next races are at night so i'm pretty sure she'll be more consistent (hopefully).

Mods: d.i.y. intake from http://www.driveaccord.net/forums/sh...t=11869&page=4, new exhaust, took out seats and spare tire, put too much gas so was about a little over half tank, nos octane booster and 91 oct, and running falken ziex 912

Nice looking accord! I want to give you some advise on track tips. To lower your 60ft time next time at the track DO NOT BRAKE TORQUE. You will see better times by just flooring the throttle. Our Accord V6's do not perform as well with a brake torque. We bog more than anything. You should be in the low 2.3's to high 2.2's with just flooring it with turning VSA off. I think it is our torque converters give us an issue with brake torquing.

Nice trap speeds!
