Anyone running a k24 with a k20 head?

and if so what all did u have to buy to make it work and what method of tuning?

the only 2 proven methods of tuning a frank are kpro and aem ems , both are guna run u about close to $1500

If your doing k24 with the k20 head that's great for boosting I hope you go that route. A lot of guys go with that with there hatches with the k series if they have the money.

yea.. lot of guys running that franks on like k20a.org.. I wish.. i don't have that kinda money.. the k20 head is a direct fit mechanically but the maps aren't going to "line up" when u start thinking of fuel/air ratios and timing etc.. would need to either use kpro or something along those lines to get the performance out of it..

nope not a direct fit, the valves will hit the pistons u need to swap pistons to either tsx ones or crv ones or go aftermarket

My friend's friend actually has a built integra like that. He used a k24 block with k20 head and supercharged it. Its a built engine top to bottom, but point is you can definitely do k20 head on a k24.

can def. be done.. but not cheap.. and when I say cheap I mean parts for the k20a2 head and pistons.. need engine management and some tuning..
