Reaching 30K on 05 ACCORD !

Planning on doing maintenance like plugs and filter.

Do you think NGK VPOWER is good?

Any ideas as to what to look at?

Changing sparkplugs after 30,000 miles?

You shouldn't be doing that until at least 60,000.

NGK VPOWER is not good. Comes stock with NGK Iridium. But yeah, you don't need new plugs at 30k, the engine's barely broken in.

Drain and refill the ATF if you have auto. Air and cabin filters maybe? Seafoam?

You don't need to change the plugs 30k miles. Honda doesn't even recommend changing them until 105k miles IIRC.

Check your accessory belt for cracks or wear.

Check your Brake fluid, brake pads, cv boots and check your ball joints. Maybe replace your oxygen sensors also, my first went bad at 20k.

i have never had a 02 sensor go bad and i have 65,000. The only thing you need to do at 30k is tranny fluid, A/C Filter if needed(easy to check), Engine Air Filter(if needed)and oil changes need to be done every 3000 miles. Spark plugs every 105k like MBR311 said.

Yes I think NGK VPOWER is better than the other brand. And I am pretty sure that it will increase your horse power and its performance.

I hear that. 85k last time I looked......... MPG still about the same as when new. (That would be 27-28 summer). Factory indicates plug change at 105k - - along with timing belt, valve clearance check et al......)

This is a good automobile: performance and economy.

ez....
