Most HP seen by a J32-35-37??

I am looking for the most HP a J series Honda has ever put out.. I looked for videos but didn't see any..
So far, I've came across a j35s twin turbo with 600/600 hp/tq.
How much HP will the crank and block handle? (assuming you close deck it).
Thanks

That sounds like the DOHC Acura NSX engine? But they made a 3.0 and a 3.2... so this Scorpion probably has the heads from the NSX and the block from a TL(S). Mugen made a 3.5 for the NSX GT but good luck finding those. So.... it is not a "J" engine.

You think that's pushing the limits of the crank/block?
That particular motor is in a sandcar (not mine). J35, pauter rods/weisco pistons, j32 heads, cams and intake. Not closed deck I believe.
Says he has more power it but it's at the limit of the trans.
We see MINIMUM 20% loss on our tranny's. We basically run a ford 9" R&P and German 935 race CV's.. Lots of power loss due to the way the gears are cut too.. Their not quiet... haha
I guess it made more power without that 2" spacer between the intake.

To the poster above regrading ECU--It's a Motec

Care to elaborate please as to what that 2nd cam is there for if it is not for DOHC. Or is it that to be DOHC there is a bunch of other things that need to be there.

Always interested to learn.

look at page 8.

this company is retarded. The sales contract is up online and says they will only make 200 of these cars per year. then they say 2 deposits are necessary. one of 5K and another of 70K. they also say the 5K i non refundable period. they then go on to say the 70K one is refundable only if the company cant produce these cars and cant get u a production number. ...... but they have this contract online. the World Wide Web in which there are god knows how many billions of ppl. but they'll only make 200 a year? and the 70K is refundable but not the 5K?? I smell a scam going on here

doesnt look like that car weighs much. so even at 450whp, 10.50 @ 130mph is quite possible.

I, personally think that their shi+ is whacked, because of all the inconsistencies and flat out wrong information. I just see this being nothing more than a scam

Yeah I think what the guy meant to say was that even though our motors have two cams (one for each bank) its still not DOHC.

But I get where you're confused, because the way he said it made it sound like he was talking about motors with two cams per bank.

Yep, two cams per bank like the Acura NSX engine. That is why since I read that the Scorpion has a v6 and it is DOHC, then the first thing that came to my mind was that NSX engine.

But I think something just doesn't add up here with this scorpion car. Can't point my finger but the entire story sounds a bit not true?

But, in the event that the heads from an NSX can fit a 3.2 or a 3.5 block of a J engine then holly mother of... !!! That would be just wild.

No, NSX heads will not fit the J block, already looked at it, the J is a 60D V, the C (NSX) is a 90D V, there would be no room for the intake, also if you look at the pic you can see the intergrated exhaust manifold of the newer Js.

Also consider this, the C32 in the NSX is only rated at 260CHP, my J36 builds are putting down 300+WHP, the NSX engine is not that potent simply because of the DOHC....
