lol i like that icon. anyways to delete the precat is to take off the cat that are bolted on to the head. Pop your hood and look down you can see the front cat fairly easy. What you do to delete it is to buy richie precat deleter and what this does is remove the 2 cats on the head. This is illegal since you modify emission but its a great way to make power.

Contact richie at RV6. These precat deletes are THE BEST bang for the buck mod we have available for our cars

How much does this affect aspects of the car other than performance? Smell, noise, carbon on bumper?

It will smell since you're removing emissions equipment. Exhaust sound will be alittle different too.

FL has no emissions testing right? If not, then go ahead.

...then it would just be a straight pipe lol If you want your car to be crazy loud then do it, might sound a lil funny with no restrictions tho

ive always been confused about these... some people say to buy it becuase its a great part, others say its only good if you are supercharged because you will loose alot of torque if you are N/A, i have almost bought them about 5 different times and then i find something that will make me change my mind. lol, so my question is, should i buy them if im N/A? and will can i install them with the stock jpipe until i buy i buy the v2 jpipe?

I have precats on my car and I am running it with a high flow 3rd cat. It is a great mod and adds nice power and more sound. No lights at all because of the relocation of the o2 sensors.

Don't ask, just buy! They are a great mod. I've heard you lose torque too, but honestly I can't see much torque being lost but I don't know because I don't have them! All I've heard is the top end is beastly. Yes, it will be raspy depending on your exhaust. There will be a little rasp no matter what the exhaust (most likely), the more free flowing the exhaust, the more rasp. If you have the Greddy EVO2s, it is VERY raspy, especially when you let off the gas. Borla it's barely raspy, Tanabe barely raspy, and that's about all I've heard in person.
