Test pipe

I have been looking into buying the tsudo exhaust system for my 05 accord coupe. I noticed while looking over the product that it included a test pipe. So my question about this is:
-Will i get any error code or check engine light if i install it?
-How much performance will i gain from this?
-My friend mentioned something about an O2 eliminator, so what does that do?

yes i do realize that the test pipe is illegal, but i live in Alabama where there are no emission tests and every redneck around here has straight pipes on his truck. So no worries on that part

Thanks in advance

The third cat is not a monitored cat and will not throw a code when you put the test pipe on the car.

^ no. The sensors are upstream are by the precat. You won't see a CEL if you remove the 3rd cat. You might not pass inspection if your in CA. Everywhere else is okay.

There won't be a noticeable increase in performance unless your 3rd cat is clogging up. On a brand new car, you'd be lucky to see a 1 hp increase in power. At 100k miles? Could be 5-10 hp gain due to the cat deteriorating internally.
