thts an interesting design. Yea what car is that off of? Thts some thinkin outside the box for sure though . I like different man! Shoot u never know something could come outta no where and outperform what people swear is the best yet. lol. The only concern i hav is the heat soak becuz it is casted aluminum but a quality ceramic coating and exhaust insulating wrap will alleviate that issue in a big way . Def interested in a comparison dyno or other test if possible.

Oh snap i just realized you have a TL engine in tht thing wow must be a rocket and hurt feelings out there.

Haha.... thanks guys.lol... it came off of my brother's 06 v6 mustang. Its a C&L intake for mustangs. You can hear the motor a tad bit more but the butt dyno seem a little more beefier in the top end. Nothing crazy just a bit difference . it makes the engine bay look different also with the manifold space that makes it look taller.

Very nice man. I didn't realize you had the TL motor in there. Have you been to the track with it? Are you saying this intake from the Mustang will bolt right up?

It wont bolt right up. The reason it fits is because i have my battery in the trunk and so i have alot of room to work with. I tried to put the battery in the front but i cant with that intake on. Oh and no i havent taken the car to the track because its so stupid that both irwindale in cali closed and fontana in cali were shutdown because of noise levels. Who know when they are going to open. But i do want to see the difference.

This.

There are a few videos of a J32 swapped Accord on youtube. Just type in Accord vs. 350z and it should come up. He ran a modded 350HR and pulled it pretty good. He was a member here actually, just forget his name. It was something weird.

White J32? Where?

EDIT: Oh, that's a 6th gen with a J32 swap. He had a 2G TL but totaled it. He has full bolt ons/deleted butterflies. He made 280/244 prior to swapping into the Accord. I'm assuming he's around the same, although if the wheels are smaller probably a couple more.

j32 accord vs 06 350z - YouTube

j32 accord vs turbo cobalt - YouTube

I can't believe he's only "full bolt-on" holding off a 24 psi Cobalt like that. I know from experience 7gh gen I/JP/CBE/Pulley won't come near a bone stock turbo Cobalt in 3rd/4th gear This guy's pulling E43 M3 1/4 times with a FWD Accord running 2.2 60 fts

Yeah that Accord is quick. I believe he ran 13.3 @104. But that was on an 80 degree, humid day. He's run as quick as 13.6 @104 in his 2G TL, so the Accord definitely has 12s in it @106-107.

That's insane. J32-S swap with bolt-ons? Not sure if that's realistic, but I would love to see the car make some runs with some radials/slicks

His name was jose something from PR I think. I would love to know what other mods he has other than the j32 and exhaust. That was a pretty steady pull considering the facts: 270hp/240tq fwd with lower gearing vs 306hp/270tq rwd with higher gearing. Maybe his interior is stripped?

Must be. I know Cubano lost a HELL of a lot of weight stripping his interior, and I believe he ran a 13.1 with his 260 whp setup. I never knew the 3.2 had 270hp in it with bolt-ons then again I underestimated it when I saw the video of the guy with a J32 6 spd 6th gen losing to a bone stock new V6 Camry lol

Oh, I was referring to stock crank numbers.

What did you change to fit a TL engine on this thing and witch transmission did you use? I have to change both, transmission and engine on my Accord so i was just wondering how much work did you put on this project? Thanks
