installed pcd and j pipe car feels slower

Any idea?? V3 pcd and xlr8 v2. Stock catback and intake. V6-6

Have you reset the ecu and done the idle relearn procedure?

These mods are deceiving as the low end seems mostly unchanged and the top end is a big difference. Makes it feel slow around the city and DD but lay into and you'll feel the difference.

Took a full 300miles for my car to come in after just the J pipe. Disconnected the battery, wait for 10min (5 will work), hook it up and drive aggressively for a tank of gas.

i agree i think the computer resets then adapts to performance driving rather than economy driving. that how it was with a different vehicle i had with an after market chip it would sort of adapter to how the vehicle was being driven so if i putted around town and stomped on the gas it was like not ready unless i was already driving agressive then it was extremely fast.

Sadly I have the same issue with a timer and noticed its allot slower :/ I plan to do some type of venturi after the collector to see if that can give me back some back pressure (2.5 to 2 to 2.25).
