Cool Little bit of carnage. Need some input...

I though I bent a valve but I pulled my rear head off and it looks like my rollers on my rockers broke on 4 of the exhaust valves and ruined my cam. I found someone on Craigslist with a j32 out of an 03 tl that is willing to part with the cams and rockers but told me to make an offer. What is a fair offer and will this work for my 03 j30a4 and will I notice any difference?

The rocker arms MIGHT be the same, but I know for a fact that the camshafts are a different length

And our exhaust manifolds are cast into the heads, theirs aren't. They WILL fit, but not without some work.

Buy my J37 heads ))))))

why the sarcasm on the j32a3?

Then I think that is probably a cheap way to get some extra power. You can get an a3 for around 4 - 600 bucks. That's what I'd do.
