Borla vs. Greddy EVO2

Anyone have experience with both of these systems? What kind of performance gains can I expect with an exhaust system? Will it be as noticeable as when I installed my AEM V2?

Thanks

I know Greddy makes some great products and you won't go wrong with buying it. However the Borla system is tight and will only run you around $550.00 shipped in dual setup. I don't think you'll grab a Greddy dual system for less then $750.00. I have the Borla and now that the droaning issue is gone its probably the best all around system for the money. If you want big cans hanging out the back though it's not your system.

That's a great point because actually I definitely don't want big cans coming out the back. Did you feel a performance gain from the Borla or did it just improve the sound?

Regarding performance, I think are quality systems are about equal, no one has proven otherwise. I have a Borla and love it, I like the sound and can tell the differnce in upper RPM performance. I harldy ever get up in th RPM's but it does pull better. I think it would pull better with any quality high performance cat back system.

The Bora warranty and my history with them sold me. The price was right as well.

I notice some extra pull with the Borla. I haven't dynoed anything so I can't say what I'm really getting from it. As long as I feel good about it I'm happy.

Does the borla exhaust make you lose any low end torque at the lower range of RPM, i ahve heard you speak only good things of the upper RPM but what about the lower? i ask this becasue i know so 'mods' do this take low end torque away from you but give u some high end and give u basically the same exact performance after nearly 1000$ ??
apprecaite the input

I defenitly dont think you lose any low end torque. Havent dyno'd or been to the strip yet, but I used to race my friends 300M Special all the time, he'd take me off the start by alot, then hed get owned by VTEC. After my Injen and Borla Install, he gets owned from start to finish. Oh yeah I have the Auto. The next day I raced a TL-S and he got owned more then the 300M (6-8) car lengths even though he took off like a half second b4 me. Than a Grand Prix GTP got owned just as bad as the TL the same day.
