Intake Questions

First of all I have read through like all of the threads and I havnt heard anything about the AEM short ram intake. Does it sound like the Injen short ram? Should I just spend a little more and go with the AEM V2. I already have MagnaFlow exhaust. Does anyone know of any good sites to buy the intake from the one i was looking at was streetrays.com Thnx

i ordered it from rpmmotoring too.. the only problem with them is they NEVER have it on stock . so it takes about 2 weeks for you to get it .. i think they go and buy it out from a distributor..

i installed my v2 this weekend.. nice deep sound..

As far as I know there is no short ram intake for the 7gen ( i could be wrong ). I would recommend getting the V2 if you want sounds cuz it does sound deeper than my aem cold air, although the fact that i have a bypass on might be affecting the way it sounds. I dont know if there is much of a difference in performance between the aem cold air or v2 though and personally i would rather get aem over injen. As far as where to purchase, i think ebay sellers are pretty comparable to most online stores. Also i think if they are selling an intake itz cuz they have it in stock.
