Automatic Performance

Hello Everyone. I have a 2004 av6 automatic. I know with basic mods there is no problem, but with the combination of cold air intake, exhaust manifolds, full exhaust, racing chip, and some kind of forced induction like a supercharger, is there anything special I should do? Is there some kind of special chip I should get? Should I invest in a better torque converter? Thanks for any input.

You'll have to beef up that 5AT before you go FI.
All that intake and exhaust mod should already bring a good 15whp at least, anything more would probably pose high risk to your 5AT.

You might also consider doing weight mods, not just power mods.
Weight mods: light weight wheels (<15lb rims), pulleys, body panels (hood, trunk)
The less mass, the less stress your auto tranny will be under.
