dyno before and after, with the same exact dyno if possible to see the real gain. unlike some who look at others dyno's and then after modification still looks for others dynos with similar or same mods. each car is different. some have 3whp more than standard and some have the same amount but less. it basicly depends on how where yu driving it since you bought the car till now and how the ecu work nowaday

There are several people that have done dyno testing of their Accords without mods already. However every car is different, and different dyno's will produce different results even with the same vehicle. I say wait until it is broken in (600-1000) miles and then get your baseline numbers. Then you can talk real gains rather than hypothesizing. It also helps to go back to the same place every time, that way you are talking apples to apples.

Using 4th is the norm, turn off the TCS before you start your run and run a tank full or two of premium before your run if you want higher numbers.

For the record, I dynoed before any mods, and will dyno after each and every engine mod I do.

Talking

I just rolled over 1200 miles today...so I guess it's safe to go ahead? I've had the car for like 4-5 months now, I just haven't had time to do anything to it bc i've been dealing with a divorce... but thats all done and over! Thanks for the advice!~*~Natalie

Personally...I would wait longer than 1200 miles. Maybe after you change oil at the 7500 mile point. I waited till 26K miles to get mine dyno'd. Here are vids of my dyno so you can get an idea...
