Inhale Exhaust

I heared this song in which the rapper says "Inhale exhaust" I really didn't think it was possible but is there such thing? how would it work? and what sound would it make?

depends how u put it... is it said as an exhaust pipe "inhaling" like breathing in, or someone inhaling exhaust fumes/smoke

edit: why is this posted here anyways? lol, i think it'd get better more appropriate exposure if posted somewhere else... but i dunno...

The sound would be a person choking to death due to lack of oxygen.
