Wrecked, Help?

So I was involved in a collision yesterday and the car is still running, but I was noticing some strange symptoms as a result. The guy hit me on the front passenger side, ended up with a deformed hood and fender, the headlight is destroyed and the bumper needs to be replaced. Haven't noticed any fluid leaks nor has it threw any codes, but the drive belt is now squealing noticeably. Not loud, but it wasn't doing it before. Car also seems to idle higher. Engine temp is normal.

Luckily insurance is covering it, but is there any possible underlying issues I should be aware of? This is on a 4-cyl model.

Get it professionally checked out on the insurances dime.

Sounds like it might have bent something important.

Any picture? the noise may due to the belt rub against bent parts. And always have it checked out at professional & trusted place.

My guess is something in there was bent. Since collisions can cause multiple problems, the squealing can be multifactorial. Its pretty much a look and see whats broken type deal now. Like everybody else suggested, just bring it in somewhere reliable
