Odd/bad sound from cam pulley location

Hey all, it's been a while since I've posted but I have a potentially costly problem that I need help with. Some may be familiar with my car's history but in short about a year ago I had to replace my engine just after a timing belt change (unrelated). The motor that was swapped in had 40K miles on it and was out of an 07 Auto.

Over the past few months a sound had worsened and I'm confident I've traced it to the rear (left) bank of the motor under the timing assembly cover. It sounds like a grinding sound (no squealing), or rather, a bad bearing on a pulley. I'm thinking that the cam pulley bearing is going bad, but I'm not sure what that means for the car. I'd assume if it seizes it could royally do some damage resulting in another engine/head replacement.

My question is how much this might cost in both time and money to fix? I'm good with tools but not with time thanks to a new job. I was thinking of also trading it in for a newer accord but I'm not sure what it would be worth with a problem like that. Any help would be appreciated.

Any sound clips? I've been trying to figure out what the grinding sound is that my car makes.

Tried it but it just picked up a ton of ambient noise so it wasn't real clear. I put a supercharger on my old car and it made that same sound when the nose pulley bearing went bad.
