Is there a gasket I can replace inside here or do I need a new valve cover? I'm not missing anything am I?

Dammit. So when I had my engine swapped last year they never put this on. Would this cause a CEL for a vacuum leak?

no CEL or Vacuum leak. Just spraying all over the place. That valve I think filters positive pressure air out.

Your P/S fluid also looks low

I believe the pcv valve is part of the vacuum system. This will explain it.
