Left side a/c vents wont cool

Have the dreaded problem with my a/c vents. Both the right center vent an right passenger vent blow nice cold air. The left center vent and the far left vent blow basically room temp. I have read up on this forum, and others, and also found the Honda service bulletin indicating that the system may be low on refrigerant. Off to my buddies shop where we evacuated the system. It was down about 2 oz.
Recharged it with 19.4 oz refrigerant (as noted on the sticker by the high and low side valves).
Started the car and set it to recirculate and temp to low (has dual climate control).
Outside air temp was 70F:
I got 37F out of the far right vent, 42F on the center right vent, 67F on the center left vent and 70F on the far left vent.
If I set controls to full heat on vent, all vents blow around 140F, so heat is not great either.....
Suggestions?
