Noise coming from DS front when turning full lock with video

I have had this noise coming from the driver side front for a couple weeks now. It only occurs when I turn full lock, and the sound doesn't come from the passenger side at all. The noise doesn't always happen either, sometimes I can turn full lock with no noise. Originally I thought it was the spring moving because the preload on the spring was too loose, but now that I properly reset the preload on the coil over the noise persists. Any Ideas?

Time to get a buddy, one listen while the other turn. I would start out checking your ball joints, upper and lower. Then sway bar and control arm bushings. Lastly, check your steering rack and it's mounting bushings.

Does it happen with the car raised?

I think the car is telling you to take that steering wheel off. I'm just messing, Man.

^ All of the above are good starting points. If it doesnt make noise with that car raised, place a jack under the lower control arm to simulate ride height. Hopefully it doesnt require a lot of load and you can look at it with out the tire on the vehicle

Sorry but the vid reminds me of a swing set, with someone swinging. I know that was a pointless comment, sorry.

Try to simulate height with a jack. Have you looke to see if anything is worn or completely shot ?
