7th gen accord J32a2 swap ?

I've lurked around on v6p since I got my accord about 3 or so months ago looking for ideas and solutions to DIY stuff. Well recently, while I was away in gatlinburg my car started running really rough & misfiring to the point that I had to tow it back home. Today I got a chance to go to Honda to diagnose it, I didn't want to spend a lot of money replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced. Long story short, I have no compression in cylinder 6 & the dealer recommended I get a new engine. I was looking into getting the same j30a4 but I seen a J32a2 for about $700ish . To the people in the know, I was wondering, if I was to go that route..are there any extra modifications I have to do, are some parts interchangeable such as sensors accessories, and will it mount to my 6spd tranny? What would the swap require? I really appreciateappreciate any help I can get! Thanks!

You need a j32a3 MT ecu and do some repining.

Alternatively you would need to purchase flashpro and a 07 auto ecu from a tl.

To find the repining procedure search j32a3 swap in the 7th gen car specific section.

I think it's just a matter of a fuel pump sensor

Did the "stealership" pull the head to check the valves or lash? No probable but the valve lash could be too tight or you could have a bent valve. Do you hear ticking?

So they did a compression test and determined you need a whole new engine? Damn their good, lol!!!
