Please help me to build my j30a4

Hello from Russia St. Peterburg
My name is Alexandr

I have Accord coupe 2003 j30a4 6mt. Iím having the engine repair now.
I use Honda Inspire j30a5 pistons for high compression

Now i want to now, what tuning should i use.
1. What about clutch (Aluminium or oem flywheel, may be Spec clutch)
2. What about cam shaft and crank shaft (j32a2 or TLS 2007? Should i use mdx crank or stay with oem?)
3. What about intake (TB from TL 3.7 it's good?)
4. What about rdx injectors?
5. And what about ecu.
In Russia nobody know about j series only k24. And nobody help me. Many thing from USA too expensive, because in 2014 we have 1$ to 30 ruble and now we have 1$ to 60 rubles. But salary is the same as 2014.
Thank you for answer and sorry for my English =)

we don't build j30 here in the states. we just swap to the larger j32a3 motor.

He's actually about right. If you want to build the j30 it will end up costing more unless many crash the TL-S or MDX out there.

Cams, TLS or MDX. Intake, manifold from J37 and throttle body from J37(MDX or big TLS)

Others will need to help for clutch flywheel packages and crankshaft suggestions.

Porting will be best easiest power. As always. Second only to J32a3 swap.

The J35 crank should work.. you may need some other internals as well. Search the forums for J33 (J30 with J35 internals = 3.3L)

If parts are that hard to find...us US guys could possibly ship them to you.

Are the 4 bangeres popular there? You found always find aftermarket rods/pistons...keep the displacement at 3 liter, get cams springs and valve work and shoot for an 8k redline.

I considered this, but contradictory statement above. Local economy is different and probably favors junkyard parts. Shipping is also painful.

ZDX MDX might work, nobody holds onto crashed zdx's here though so it likely just hasn't been tried. Any part# geniuses?

Personally with RLS cams, an upgraded stroke, a higher compression, with higher longer lift and faster spinning cams, I wouldn't consider a bad option for a junkyard sourced upgrade car.

So, it's a bad config?
New Honda Inspire pistons
New springs
Acura RL cams
MDX crank and rods.
Or should I stay 3.0 just change my pistons springs and steam seals

Bangeres it's mean 4 cylinder?
Yes, very popular k20 and k24 engine. We build k24 with k20 heads.
But most people use jakson racing supercharager.
