Honda Accord Nav to non-Nav conversion

I have a very interesting and complex idea..
I own a 06 Redondo Red V6 with 164k that I love dearly, bought it new and it's been a reliable great car it's whole life but it's an LX and I desperately want heated leather seats(mine is cloth) and the OEM Nav.

I ran into a 05 EX V6 accord on Craigslist with apparently 42k with bent valves due to timing belt snapping(low mileage for a belt break but I guess on a 10 year old belt it's possible?) and the guy is only asking 1500 for it, seems like I could buy the car and strip it of the Nav and seats all the way around and put all of that in my accord, then put the stock radio and cloth seats back into the blown accord. Would all of this be possible? I know I could justify paying ~1k for the car just to compensate for the Nav parts and seats, but after I put the parts off my car back in it, I could easily put a new engine in it for practically nothing because my family owns a junkyard full of V6 accords..

What I'm trying to figure out is if I should just fix up the accord and sell mine, or if I should go through with the conversion assuming it is all doable. but Id rather drive my red accord over the baby blue one any day ?

It would be a lot less work just to replace the blown motor in the new Accord and sell your old Accord. If your family owns a junkyard where you could get a free engine, this seems like a no-brainer to me...
