Clutch

Well, car is at about 130k and wot changing from 2nd to 3rd means slippage. I've got a clutch already and have burnt the current one twice, on the same run at a local track. Any opinions on buying a flywheel? Also, i'm somewhat technically savvy. I've replaced the whole suspension, axles, intake runners etc. I don't have a lift, but have a garage and air tools. How difficult is it to replace the clutch on our cars? One full Saturday good or is the whole weekend typical?

Thanks

Two choices, pull the entire powertrain out the top, what I do or drop the subframe while supporting the engine from the top and pull the trans off the engine.

Thanks. Unfortunately I have no way of supporting the engine. Well, maybe I could get a rope and tie it off to the rafters? LOL. As long as the three motor mounts are still on I only need to hold the one side correct?

Once the trans is out, I take it removing everything is pretty straight forward??
