Fuel economy went to ****

Hello everyone,

New to the forum , was hoping to get some opinions about my issue.

I currently own a 2006 Honda Accord v6, and since buying the car my fuel economy was never that good, however I have noticed recently due to highway commute, that it is actually awful, a full tank lasted me for 2 and a half hours. My car throws a code at me for the secondary o2 sensor, I know that sensor has nothing to do with fuel, from my knowledge the secondaries are only monitoring the cats efficiency.

So my question is what can it actually be, because getting gas every 4-5 days is killing me.

Help would be much appreciated
Tanks all!

thats pretty bad. My guess would be you have a clogged cat, bad spark plugs, o2 sensor.

Even when I was turbo my gas millage was better than that

No codes for o2 sensor , plugs checked by mechanic and seem fine, cat not checked maybe will check that
